I found this survey here, on Wordpress.com.
Author you’ve read the most books from:
Possibly Agatha Christie, because few people have written so many books.
Best Sequel Ever:
Currently Reading:
Not actually reading a book right now. I finished one last night, one that I didn't like so much. Now I'm about to start reading A Biscuit, A Casket by Liz Mugavero and looking forward to that.
Drink of Choice While Reading:
I'm not that keen on eating/drinking while I'm reading, but in general I would say ice cold water.
E-reader or Physical Book?
If I was forced to choose, which fortunately, I won't have to, I'd say a physical book, but I do love my e-readers too, for library books or freebies I find on Amazon, Smashwords et al.
Fictional Character You Probably Would Have Actually Dated In High School: Hm. That's a tough one, but maybe Conrad, in Conrad's Fate by Diana Wynne Jones.
Glad You Gave This Book A Chance:
Hidden Gem Book: Changing Places by David Lodge. I was forced to read this while I was studying English at the university and it turned out to be hilarious.
Important Moment in your Reading Life:
Maybe when I learned to read when I was about three, but I had already learned to love books by being read to by my parents.
Just Finished: The Magicians by Lev Grossman. As I said above, I didn't like it.
Kinds of Books You Won’t Read: Most of the 'best sellers' aren't my kind of thing, so I don't pay any attention to them. Pure romance books. Vampire stories, werewolf stories, zombie stories etc. Any kind of horror except ghost stories.
Longest Book You’ve Read: I've read a couple of books with more than 1000 pages, but they can't have been any good, because I hardly remember anything about them, especially title and author.
Major book hangover because of:
Number of Bookcases You Own: Long story...
One Book You Have Read Multiple Times: Most books by Diana Wynne Jones, LOTR, some other fantasy books that are really fantastic.
Preferred Place To Read: In bed.
Quote that inspires you/gives you all the feels from a book you’ve read:
Reading Regret: Maybe finishing books I hated from the start and then still hated them when I'd finished. What a waste of time.
Series You Started And Need To Finish (all books are out in series):
Three of your All-Time Favorite Books:
The Fellowship of the Ring
Witch Week by Diana Wynne Jones
The Earthsea series by Ursula K Le Guin (not a single book, I know, sorry)
Unapologetic Fangirl For:
The Stephanie Plum series of 'mysteries' by Janet Evanovich. They're so funny and reading one can always gets me in a good mood.
Very Excited For This Release More Than All The Others:
Possibly some of Diana Wynne Jones' later books, though in general I like her older books better.
Worst Bookish Habit:
Reading all night.
X Marks The Spot: Start at the top left of your shelf and pick the 27th book:
Your latest book purchase:
I got a bunch of Swedish YA books recently. I keep trying to buy (almost) as many books in Swedish as in English.
ZZZ-snatcher book (last book that kept you up WAY late):
One of those Swedish YA books I mentioned above. Hjärta av Damm (Heart of Dust) by Ingelin Angerborn. I needed something to cheer me up.
